Pork Roast with Asparagus

Description

This is a very tasty, and easy to make pork roast. Plan to marinate for at least 45 minutes. You’ll get a tender roast and perfectly cooked asparagus.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz. pork tenderloin
  • 4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 4 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1620 medium asparagus spears

Instructions

  1. Arrange asparagus on roasting pan. Mix herbs and spices together. Brush pork with oil and rub in spices. Let sit 45 minutes in refrigerator.
  2. Top asparagus with pork and roast at 325 for 55-65 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
