Upon arriving at the event, I realized that they were promoting more than just their new weight loss program. I listened to the presentation and I was very skeptical. Having struggled with my weight most of my life, I was always up for the newest, latest weight loss program out there. I thought I would give it a try for myself and if it really did what Angela and Mike said, then I saw a place for the program in my own practice.

I started the program on April 1st, 2013 and started reading the Habits of Health immediately. Within the first few chapters I knew that this program was different. Dr. Andersen’s book had a lot of the usual information that I had read before, but there was something different about how it was presented that made it stick. I began practicing the Habits of Health and began eliminating the Habits of Disease. I established my structural tension and I was on my journey towards optimal health.

I have a total weight loss of 58 lbs I went from wearing a size 42 pants to a size 34. I eliminated the need for weight related medications. I am no longer eating an inflammatory diet and my CRP is non-existent.

My staff is now living the Habits of Health and is on the path to optimal health. We are all living the life we were intended to live.
