This is a quick and easy recipe to satisfy your Mexican food craving.
Ingredients
Scale
2 T Onion, minced
4 tsp Roasted Garlic Oil
1 3/4 lbs ground turkey
1 C diced tomatoes
1 C bell pepper thinly sliced
3 T Southwest Seasoning
4 C Salad Greens
Instructions
Heat Roasted Garlic oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add onions and cook 2 minutes, until translucent
Add ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes, until opaque
Add tomatoes, peppers, and seasoning to pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Set aside
Notes
Portion out one cup of salad greens into each plate
Top with equal amounts of turkey mixture
Drizzle with hot sauce (optional)
