If you need to recharge, go for a walk through a park. Strolling amid greenery improves recall and focus; hoofing it on city streets, in contrast, has no such effect, a study from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor finds. (It’s tough to relax when you’re dodging others on the sidewalk!)
