Yes this weight loss is crazy, from size 18/20, 2xl shirt to a size 8 and medium shirt. But the transformation I have made in my relationship with food, the fact that I feel better on the inside than I ever have in my entire life and I am taking leaps of faith with confidence that all is going to be okay, says to me that I am on my way to having the Optimal Healthy life I want.
